Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. Some are needed for a site to function — remembering that you are signed in, or that you passed a security check. Others are optional, and measure how a site is used.

Websites also use local storage, which works similarly but stays in your browser and is never sent to a server. We list both here, so this page reflects everything actually stored on your device.

Under the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 and the Data Protection and Privacy Regulations, 2021, we need a lawful basis for anything that is not strictly necessary. For analytics that basis is your consent, which is why nothing optional loads until you agree.

Your choice is remembered in this browser only. If you use a different browser or device, or clear your browsing data, you will be asked again.

These are always active. Without them we cannot tell a real visitor from a bot, and cannot protect our forms from abuse. They set no advertising identifiers and are never used to track you across other websites.

These items stay in your browser and are never transmitted to us or to anyone else.

These load only after you agree. If you have not consented, or you have turned analytics off, none of these cookies is created and no data is sent.

We use this to understand which services people look for and which pages are hard to find — for example, whether visitors reach our print ordering page from a phone or a computer. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with the details you give us on a form.

Google processes this data in the United States. Section 4 of our Privacy Policy explains what that means and what we rely on for it.

We use Vercel Speed Insights to measure how quickly pages load — a real concern on mobile connections in Hoima.

It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It reports aggregate page timings, not information about you, and cannot be used to recognise you on a later visit. We run it as a strictly necessary measure to keep the site usable, so it is not part of the consent choice above. We disclose it here because you should know everything that runs on the page.

Beyond the control on this page, every major browser lets you view and delete cookies, and block them entirely. Look under Settings, then Privacy.

Blocking all cookies will stop our contact, quote and print-order forms from working, because the bot check cannot complete without them. If that happens, call us on +256 786 743 096 or visit our office and we will take your order directly.

If we add or remove a cookie we will update this page, and the effective date at the top will change. Where we add a new optional cookie we will ask for your consent again before setting it.
